Q How long will I have to wait to receive my books?

A Usually orders will be delivered to your house within two weeks, but please allow a maximum of 28 days in busy periods. If your timescale is very tight please call us on 020 7359 9311 and we will endeavour to help.

Q Are any of the books more suitable for a particular age or sex of child?

A The books are equally suitable for a boy or girl.  "What A Picnic!" or "The Mystery of the Missing Keys" are more suitable for younger ages, whilst "Alien Adventure" is more suited to older ages. Please see book pages for suggested age ranges.

Q Do the friends or relatives featured within the stories have to be children?

A Ideally. Collectively the groups are sometimes referred to as "children" within the books. One adult, or "Tom the cat" or "Pluto the dog" just about works! Some people even order a book for an adult friend/relative - tongue in cheek.

Q What if I don't know the names of the friends of the child for whom I want to buy a book?

A  If you cannot obtain this information, you could consider using the names of the child's brothers or sisters, or cousins.  At worst, just give us three names that you like.

Q Can I order books from outside the UK?

A Certainly. Overseas postage and packing rates are given on the order form page.

Q Are the books available in any other languages?

A Not at present, but we may do this in the future.

Q Why do I need to give you my phone number?

A We may need to contact you to clarify information regarding your order.  Your number does not appear in the books and will not be passed on to anyone else.

Q Is there anywhere I can see the books before I buy one?

A If you live in London you may be able to visit our premises to view the books. We also intend to exhibit at selected local fairs, where examples will be on show. In either case, please call us to ask on 020 7359 9311.

Remember too that you can sample a personalised version of a passage from one of the books on our home page, and that under the book section there is a précis of each of the titles.

Q What should I do if any of the details on my confirmatory e-mail are incorrect?

A Contact us either by phone, or email us immediately with the amendment.

Q How can I be sure that it is safe to use my credit card at your site?

A We have merchant status via Netbanx, a leading on-line banking facility, which promises full security.  The padlock icon confirms this. It is also possible to order our products by mailorder - if you prefer to order in this way, just print off our printable order form, fill it in and send it to us.

Q Will you be adding further titles to the collection?

A Definitely! Watch this space!
