What information do we need from you?  What happens to it?

When you place an order with us we need to know your name, delivery address, and credit / debit card details.  This enables us to process your order as efficiently as possible.

We ask that you provide us with a contact number, which will be used only to contact you if we have a query concerning your order. 

We also need to know the firstname, surname, sex, date of birth and address of the child of your choice, as well as the names of three friends, siblings etc, and the name(s) of the giver and any specific occasion, if required.  This information is intrinsic to the publication of the personalised element of the book(s).

Finally we may occasionally use the information to update you on changes to our website, new products or special offers.  You have a choice not to receive this information on the order page.

Your Agreement

When you order on line you consent to the use of the above information in the ways outlined.  Should we ever change our privacy policy we will post the changes on this page.
